LINDA MURRAY - Principal

Ms. Murray has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of construction administration working directly with developers, owners, municipalities and organizations throughout the United States. Her commitment to principle level involvement assures the clients’ needs are being addressed throughout all phases of construction. Her experience as acting liaison between the client, contactor and other architectural/engineering consultants includes review and coordination of construction plans, cost estimating, bidding, value engineering, negotiating of contracts and overall construction administration. She is thoroughly familiar with critical path management and coordination of all on-site construction issues.

Linda Murray began as a Draftsman and Cost Engineer at Fischbach & Moore for the construction of USAA in San Antonio, one of the largest facilities in the United States. She then joined Hooker Contracting Company, Inc., a local general construction company for 21 years extending her knowledge, expertise and management abilities to become Vice President. Linda's talent and management skills led her to the position of General Construction Manager and Owner's Representative at SST Investments.

GENA SNELLING - Principal

Ms. Snelling has 25 years experience in commercial construction management working with Developers, Owners, Organizations, and Municipalities on projects in cities nationwide. She is an architectural design (BFA) graduate of Parson's School of Design in New York City, and worked as an architect in Dallas before moving into the construction side of the business. She spent four years as Project Manager for Construction Ltd., five years as the Vice President of C.A. Walker Construction, two years as Construction Consultant for Suncor Development, and the past 12 years as the Principal of Development Consulting Services.

Gena Snelling's extensive expertise includes entitlements, budgeting, platting, coordination with civil engineers on infrastructure design improvements and approvals, value engineering, negotiation of contracts and overall construction administration. *When not devoting her time and energies with SCS, Gena is an active member of Habitat For Humanity and volunteers weekly at the Roy Maas' Youth Alternative, mentoring abused foster children during their healing.

ABE PALLAN - Construction Manager/Senior Inspector

Abe Pallan is a top-tier public utility, construction, and industrial executive. Since 2006, Abe has overseen nationwide projects at SCS as a Construction Manager and Senior Inspector for commercial, industrial and public buildings of new and existing construction often involving significant interaction and coordination with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, utility companies and city officials. Abe inspects buildings and structures, alterations and repairs; reviews and checks building plans and specifications; including review of plumbing, electrical and mechanical plans. He conducts final inspections of completed work, resolves disagreements and problems concerning inspections and compliance; attends and facilitates meetings and acts as a liaison between owner, contractor and governing authority. Abe is highly versed in Construction Industry Building Codes and is a hands-on manager with extensive knowledge of electric, refrigeration, air conditioning, and boilers, as well.

During his 31 years with Southwest Gas Corporation, Abe's knowledge and expertise contributed to the engineering design/build of the Mirage Volcano; the entrance torchers at Caesar's Palace; and the Mandalay Bay's entry features, to name a few.
